Please read these terms carefully before using any of our services. By using Proll.host, you agree to them in full.

1. Eligibility
All users must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, unethical, or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
- Hosting cracked, pirated, or unauthorized versions of games or software.
- Running services related to jailbreaking or illegal modification of software or hardware.
- Spamming, phishing, distributing malware, or engaging in any abuse of our infrastructure.
- Hosting services outside their intended scope (e.g., hosting web servers on Discord Bot Hosting).
3. Service Scope
Each hosting product must be used for its advertised purpose only:
- Discord Bot Hosting: Only for Discord bots. No web servers, proxies, or unrelated software.
- Game Hosting: Only for supported legitimate games. No cracked or pirated game servers.
- Web Hosting: Only for websites, web apps, or related services.
4. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and services without notice if you violate these Terms of Service.
5. Refund Policy
We offer refunds within 72 hours of your purchase via support ticket only. After that, all sales are final.
6. Payment
We accept payments via Stripe and PayPal. You are responsible for ensuring your billing information is accurate and up to date.
7. Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from your use of our services. You use Proll.host at your own risk.
8. Modifications
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
9. Service Suspension and Data Retention
If payment for your service is not received by the due date, your service will be suspended immediately. During suspension, your server and data will remain stored for 30 days. After this 30-day grace period, all data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
10. Manual Server Deletion
You may manually delete your server and all associated data at any time through your control panel. This action is irreversible and all data will be permanently lost. We recommend creating backups before performing manual deletion.

To cancel your server, navigate to client.proll.dev and access the servers page. Click the delete icon next to your server to initiate the cancellation process. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
